Your initial perception of challenges in general plays a huge role in the way you’ll act when you face one. That is why it’s very important to have the one that empowers you from within.
If you see challenges as topnotch workouts you’ll feel them of cause, otherwise they wouldn’t be challenges :-), but you won’t experience them as a sort of “punishment” or test. It is a reminder of your strengths!
